Pr3 Lloyd Hembrador P1

For this project I just used The Gradient tool to make the backround. Then I used the text tool to type in my name ans used the warp text option to distort my name. Before

After: For this project i usedthe color replacement option to change the color blue to red. I used the blur tool to blur the window and the tiles on the bottom. Then I used the the dodge tool to lighten the left part of the window, and I used the burn tool to darken the right part of the window. I then sharpened the top part of the window by using the sharpen tool. Then I used the saturation tool to saturate the right part of the flowers and to desaturate the left part of the flowers.

After: I mainly used the patch tooland the healing brush tool to get rid of the wrinkles in this man's face.

Before

After: I used the spot healing brush tool to get rid of the spots on the walls including the DJ sign. Then I used the healing brush tool to get rid of the cracks on the right side so I could make it look smooth. Before

The shapes I used were diamnond like patterns, explosion patters, and a cross off sign.
I chose the colors red and blue becuase I think those colors are attractive.
I can make the project better by adding more detail and symbols.
My inspiration was basically my determination for getting good grades.
Shapes weren't difficult to use becuase you can just paste the chosen shapes.

Reflection Journal

In my multimedia class I learned a lot of things like how to make a melon head, how to change a picture's colors, and swapping faces. Another cool thing I learned in my multimedia class was masking pictures. Masking is just another way of making a selection. It's easier and quicker. The red part of the masks indicates the area that is selected. The red part will also tell you that you can change anything about that selected area or apply effects on the swelected area. The black colors in masks indicate the area of the picture will be erased. The white colors in the mask indicate that the selected are will be saved and will be visible unlike the black selection. The tools I used for the masking project are the masking tool, magnetic lasso tool, quick selection tool, the yin yang symbol, the add new layer symbol, shadow and glow effects, and the text tool to write "Dog From Hell". I wrote that quote in red to emphisize the word "HELL". The tools I used for this project basically helped me make the picture of the ugly dog better than before by adding effects. The tools also helped my get the job done faster unlike cheap programs like paint which take forever to do. The adjustment layers took some parts of the picture away while some parts of it were still visible. In the layers panel it s\howed black and white. Between the lasso tool and quick selection I found the lasso tool was easier to use because it was more conveinient than the quick selection tool. The bad thing about this project is that I wasn't there on the first day when my techer was teaching this topic because I was on a school trip. So it took me time to catch up with the others. The good thing is that I had fun doing this project.

Text modification

For the letter "A" it just looks like its has a shadow behind it as if the light was coming from the left side.

For the letter "B" it looks like there is some a white line surrounding the outlie of the letter "B".

For the letter "C" it looks like the letter is shinny. It looks like light is coming from the left, but there's no shadow.
