My Melon Head

This is the melon head I made for my multimedia class with Mrs. Ramirez. What I did to make the melon head is use tools that would make copies of each fruit and change how they would look. I would use selection tools like the Marquee Tool, Lasso, Tool, Move Tool, and the Magic Wand tool. I learned how each tool works, and we also had to put layers for each fruit so work would be easier. Those tools helped me make the melon head faster and better rather than using microsoft paint. I also learned how to transform, a picture. The tool I found that was usefull was the Lasso Magnetic tool. I really enjoyed making this melon head and it was easy, for me.

Homework # 1

1) What does the Marquee tool do? What type of selections can you make with it?

The marquee makes selections. It can make 4 types of selections: Rectangular, Elliptical, Single Row, and Single Column selections.

2)What does the magic wand do?

The magic wan tool selects areas with similar or samw colors. Like if theres black, the magic wand tool will select that black area and other colors, that might be the same or similar, that connect with it.

3) What does the lasso tool do?

It allows me to make a selection of any shape I draw. It also has a polygonal and magnetic selection.

4) What do you notice about these selection tools? What o they all have in common? (What looks similar?)

All these selection tools allow me to make selections. They make selecting simliar too. After using
them they all have the thing that looks like moving white and black lines.

5) What does a selection look like?

A selection looks like moving lines or ants that are black and white.

Two things, not related, are used to solve a problem.
